Expressive Words
So this is my 2nd assignment in my Typo subject. Expressive words, the aim of this assignment is to typographically enhance the meaning of a word while exploring the computer's typesetting potential. No illustration allowed, just manipulating the letter forms. setting "big" with small type, for example. So I'm gonna use the six given words (magic, square, border, repeat, spare, unconventional.)to express the words out and make it into 6 postcards and contain them within one A3 size paper, What I'm going to post here is just the soft copy, the hard copy is still on my Lecturer's hand. haha. enjoy.
Typography Alphabet Design.
Hey there, okay these are my semester 2 first typography assignment, it sucks big time, HAHA. I just wanna upload it for fun, before that I'd like to thank my friend Tat, without him I sure can't make it through, he helped me a lot in this assignment. well, last minute kan, haha. ok so here it goes--:
"Hair" fonts drawn by using mechanical pencil.
"Egyptian" fonts, drawn by me and colored by Tat. Thanks man.
This one interesting, you gonna need a pair of 3D glasses in order to view the fonts. It will appear a layer by layer images(alphabet) when you wearing the glasses. I got this idea when I was playing a car racing game called Tmnation? haha lupa~

Introduction.
Hi I'm Alex, I'm an art student in a local college in North Borneo, the reason that I created this blog is to save my artwork and see how far I can improve my skill, I love almost anything that related to art especially in illustration but I'm still suck on it, I'm a vegetarian. I love playing music. Any constructive comments are welcome. So that's about it, peace.
